Abstract

Els periodistes són uns personatges singularment privilegiats perquè construeixen la realitat social que es té per rellevant. Quan parlo de periodista, ho faig en uns termes bastant pròxims als d'Eugeni d'Ors, El periodista no és un redactor de breus amb notícies que apareixen a la pantalla de l'ordinador. A més, aquí uso el terme periodista com a arquetipus del comunicador en general, com a professional que pren decisions en els processos de difusió mediàtica.
