Double-Blind peer review
The manuscript evaluation process consists of two phases. In the first phase, the editorial team and the guest editors of the monograph assess the originals to ensure they meet the minimum quality standards, formal and style requirements, and that they align properly with the scope of the journal.
The second phase is an external review conducted by external evaluators who are experts in the manuscript's subject. This external process, known as the double-blind peer review system, preserves the anonymity of both the authors and the reviewers throughout the process. All articles in the journal are evaluated using this system, without exception.
As a result of this evaluation, the manuscripts may be:

Accepted for publication without any changes.

Accepted on the condition that the authors incorporate the changes suggested by the reviewers (or if not incorporated, provide justification). The corrections made by the authors will undergo a second evaluation by a qualified member of the editorial team.

Determined as unsuitable for publication.
The editorial team will write to the authors confirming the receipt of the articles. Within six months of receiving the article, the authors will receive the reviewers' comments and suggestions for improvement, and they will be informed of the editorial team's decision regarding publication.
